Rhino Jungle Adventures is a Travel & Package Tour organizer only. It does not own or operate or control any transport company, airline, coach or coach company, hotel etc. It takes care in putting all these ingredients in your packages, but since it has no control in their operation, it cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury or death which may be caused by the act or default of the management or employees of any hoteliers, airlines, transport company, coach owner/operator etc.
- Until the company receives the appropriate deposit, there is no contract between the company & the client. The full payment must be received according to the procedures laid down under payment terms.
- The company reserves the right to terminate the contract after acceptance of deposit at any time and for any reason but prior to the commencement of the tour without assigning any reason whatsoever. In such an event the company shall refund the amount of the deposit to the client without payment of any interest.
- All efforts will be made to maintain the itineraries. However due to fluctuating river conditions and also for weather conditions, the itineraries are subject to change without prior notice.
- The ship's purser and captain are jointly responsible for passengers' comfort and safety. Passengers must accept their decisions and instructions.
- Within the ticket price fuel costs have been calculated on average prices as of the publication of this document. Should fuel prices rise by more than 10% the company will be entitled to impose a fuel supplement equivalent to the amount by which the fuel price exceeds the price allowed for in the contract.
- The company will take every care for the safety & comfort of the clients, but the company shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client for -
- Any personal injury, sickness, death, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses or any misadventure howsoever caused.
- Any act of omission, default of independent supplier who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facilities service for the client howsoever caused.
- The temporary or permanent loss of or damage to baggage or any other personal objects howsoever caused.
- Claims, disputes of any nature relating to the tours marketed by Rhino Jungle Adventures will be settled in the Jurisdiction of Bangalore Courts alone.
- Each of these conditions shall be separable from the other & if any provision be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless have full force & effect.
Booking & Payment Conditions :
Make inland payments in favour of " Rhino Jungle Adventures" Oriental Bank of Commerce (OBC),Koramangala, Bangalore,CA No. 11181131000407 by cheque/DD/Cash. Kindly email payment details and write full name in the deposit slip. This will ease out issue of recipt. Click here to
Make Overseas Payment . A booking amount of 50% of the total tour cost has to be paid by bank transfer/Cash/DD/Cheque to confirm the tour booking. The rest of the amount may be paid 30 days before the tour.
Cancellation
In case you are forced to cancel your booking, you must inform us in writing.
Your cancellation will attract charges as follows:
25% of the total tour cost more than 42 days before the tour.
35% of the total tour cost between 28-42 days before the tour.
75% of the total tour cost between 14-28 days before the tour.
100% of the total tour cost less than 14 days before the tour.
For Bangalore camp, the cancellations policy stands as - 75% of the total payment is non-refundable if cancellation takes place less than 7 days of the confirmed date. Further there is no refund if cancellation takes place less than 3 days of confirmed date.
Refund
We shall refund the remaining amounts after cancellation charges without any interest.
Re-plan of your journey
If you want to amend/re-plan like postpond etc. no cancellation charges will apply on booked tours.
